Erich, a joint UK and US citizen, co-founded MediaMath in 2007 and led its sales and account teams as they built the first agency trading desks and incubated the DSP (demand-side platform) market.
In January 2011, Erich launched the company's EMEA operations with an initial office in London, and within a year established direct presences in six European markets.
Prior to co-founding MediaMath, Erich was the executive director of media solutions at [x+1], part of the founding team that launched the fastest-growing business unit within the firm. Erich's early career included the position of executive director for a civil rights organization in the US, before co-founding an organization devoted to the treatment and cure of blinding eye diseases.
Erich earned a bachelor's degree with concentrations in political philosophy and classical piano from the University of Virginia.
Gareth joined PubMatic as UK Publisher Director in September 2011 and after successfully growing the business he is now responsible for growing the EMEA market by helping premium publishers significantly increase their advertising revenue by using PubMatic's real-time bidding, audience targeting and creative control product suite.
With more than 15 years of experience in online media in the UK, Middle East, New Zealand and Australia, Gareth brings an extensive knowledge of media buying & selling, solution selling, media packaging and online advertising.
Previously, Gareth held the positions of Network Manager at Blue Lithium, subsequently Yahoo post acquisition, before moving onto The MIG, where he worked as the Media Director for the WPP owned company.
James Collier began his career at startups in mobile and business intelligence, before working for household names such as News Corp, where he worked across various properties including News UK (formerly News International), IGN Entertainment and Fox Interactive Media.
Prior to AdTruth James was European Business Development Director at YuMe, a digital video advertising solution provider where, alongside his previous roles at Badoo and Google, he honed his expertise as a digital specialist.
James is a data & technology-centric digital marketing professional with 14+ years of US & UK marketing services, business building & leadership experience. Following a 10-year/10,000+ hour digital media agency career (aQuantive’s Avenue A and Avenue A|Razorfish, in Seattle and London, followed by Carat Interactive, Diffiniti, Isobar & Neo@Ogilvy in London), James went entrepreneurial between June 2008 and September 2012 and created two of his own ventures Invizua and Pikslme.
In September 2012 James narrowed his focus and to apply his skills to help build a company with the potential to bring transformational change to the digital media and marketing industries. That company is Chicago-based BrightTag.
Jay's responsibilities include developing and executing on the global Adfonic product roadmap. This is always with a view to delivering new advertising products and features to maintain Adfonic's best-in-class mobile buying platform, and being smarter through innovation.

Kate Burns is the VP EMEA for Drawbridge with more than 16 years of sales, business development, and digital expansion experience on an international level for major technology brands including Google and AOL. During her time at AOL, Burns led her team through an incredible business turnaround returning the business to profitability and efficiency and was responsible for all business, operations, and strategy in Europe.
In 2001, she made history as Google's first international hire, and served as Google's Sales Director for the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Named one of the "Most 50 Influential Britons in Technology" by Telegraph News in 2009, and recognized inRed Online's Hot Women of 2011 for her astronomical successes in business, she has also held key sales positions at Altavista, Doubleclick, Ziff Davis, and News International, as well as creating her own entrepreneurial venture, KT3 a commercial development firm helping technology businesses expand into Europe.
Carnyx Group "The Drum"
With 25 years of magazine and online publishing Nick was co-founder of Carnyx Group, publisher of The Drum and has been involved in development of all aspects of editorial, sales, print production and distribution and design. By the mid-1990s Nick was experimenting with online with the launch of the Carnyx Group's first websites and launched www.thedrum.co.uk in 1997.
By the early 2000s he was involved in the acquisition and development of publications and websites including Adline, The Firm, Unlimited and Prospect and the expansion of the company's events. During this time he was also heading up the contract publishing side of the business. Since 2004 Nick has been overseeing digital development across the group's websites.
Nick joined IAB UK - the industry body for digital advertising - as its first head of regulatory affairs in April 2008. He leads the sector, both in the UK and at EU level, in working for the optimal policy environment for digital advertising, in particular on privacy issues, and helping to boost the understanding of advertising and its benefits within regulatory and political circles.
